Ranch for Breakfast: Ranch Scrambled Eggs

I’ve been trying to incorporate ranch into different meals until I have a perfect ranch recipe for each meal of the day. This week, I started with breakfast and made some delicious ranch scrambled eggs.

I only needed three ingredients:

ranch scrambled eggs ingredients

  • eggs
  • milk (I prefer skim but any type will work)
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Dips ranch dressing powder

Put the eggs and the milk in a bowl and whisk it with a fork until it’s all blended.

Put a skillet on medium-high heat. Once the skillet has heated some, pour the egg and milk mixture into the skillet.

Move the eggs back and forth in the skillet until they get all scramble-y.

When the eggs are almost done (but not quite yet), take some of the ranch powder and sprinkle it across the eggs. Fold the ranch powder into the eggs.

Once the eggs are fully cooked, put them on a plate. You can add more ranch powder on top of the eggs if you so choose.

This is not as salty as using regular salt and gives a pleasant herb infusion into the eggs. I thought they tasted like fancy eggs even though they clearly weren’t. I ate this in record time. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

Bon appétit!
